Elbo Tool

The Elbo Tool's innovative design almost eliminates the drudgery and physical exertion associated with end grain vessel hollowing. With minimal set up time, it readily attaches to any lathe without retaining bars or special hardware. One end clamps to the tailstock barrel while the cutting arm slides over the tool rest. Three elbow-joint pivot points guide the cutter effortlessly. No more tense muscles or bone jolting catches while hollowing.
Pull the cutting arm out of the tool holder and insert your favorite 3/4" round shafted hollowing tool. Purchase separate adapters to use other round shafted cutting tools.

The 1" Smoothing Cutter makes that final interior cut a breeze.



Adapters allow existing hollowing tools to connect to the Elbo Tool. Adapters available for 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" tools.
